Category Manager - Home Care Business

- Responsible for the creation of 3-5 year strategy roadmap as well as annual operating plans/ quarterly business plans.

- Responsible for Planning/Sketch M&As/JV's and strategic partnerships.

- Responsible for business ownership with P&L responsibilities forDishWash.

- Responsible for driving growth in revenue market share, customer market share and improvement in EBITDA and customer NPS for Home Care businesses.

- 5-7 years in a large FMCG organisation

- Track record of developing new categories and brands while expand existing business in white spaces

- Working closely with Marketing, SC, R&D and sales
