Category Manager - Home Appliances

- Responsible for leading the organization in research for new products, product enhancements and product redesign of home appliances

- Originates new products in concert with customer needs and business model.

- Designing and implementing product development and commercialization plans to ensure successful execution of the company's strategy.

- Selects correct design concepts and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement for existing ones.

- Establishing a Product Development Road map for initial and future product lines.

- Collaborate with service department to handle and fix customers complaints.

- Guide the company and suppliers through the process and project deliverables.

- Prioritize a focus on product quality, performance, and design that ensures consistent performance.
