We have urgent job opening for Category Manager (Health Monitor Devices) (Smartwatches) and (Electronics) with one of the best D2C Brand.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the top line and bottom line for their respective category
- Drives Business growth, and Market Share of the Specific Category with strong product, competition and consumer analytics.
- Delivering Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual - Revenue, Margin, Markdown targets
- Implementation of plans for category in areas of price, promotion & assortment.
- Dealing with various vendors- merchandising activities like calculating trims / raw material, costing of product.
- Monitoring product lifecycle of every product in the category and take early calls for opportunity maximization
- Accurately forecasting trends, planning stock and monitoring performance.
- Handling negotiations with key sellers for key assortment
- Checking with stock levels, keeping stocks in control / ample pipeline / request for refills.
- Lead planning & budgeting for merchandise procurement
- Planning and developing the product range and finalizing the pricing strategy for products
- To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-a-vis Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.
- Monitors the last mile, i.e., logistics from DC/Vendor to end customer is timely and as per order.
Skills & Qualification:
- Tier 1 Business School with 4+ years' experience post MBA or Tier 1 Engineering Graduates
- Prior experience in Planning and Category Management, B2B sales / marketing role with team management capability
- Self-starter, problem solver to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them
- Ability to execute in rapid growth and fast paced environment - ability to work with ambiguity in a start-up environment.
