Job Description : - Drive customer engagement and retention, through marketing automation and other programs - Work on developing solutions to scale existing growth levers; Ideate and create hard hitting and relatable campaigns for various target segments for digital, social, influencer and offline media - Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand, performance, content and influencer marketing teams to execute campaigns and create performance reports - Lead marketing research and data analytics; provide strong business judgment/build hypothesis - Identify and activate strategic alliances and integrations Ideal Candidate : - 2-4 years- experience in a category/brand management role - MBA from Tier 1 institute and at least 1 years work experience in ecommerce - Strong data analytical skills, excellent with numbers; ability to work with data and use strong business judgment to build hypothesis and run data-driven decisions About the Client : Founded in 2018, the client is a market leader in the New-Age Health products space.
