- Handling entire New Product Development Pipeline(idea conception to post launch)

- Consumer & Market Research

- Handling the innovation process

- Managing media planning and media spends

- Working with creative agencies

- Shopper Marketing

- Consumer Marketing

- Brand Activation

- Managing cross functional interface with Quality,Sales,Supply Chain & R & D department

- Channel Based Marketing Initiatives

- Channel based demand generation initiatives

The incumbent must own and drive the P/L for the brand
