Key Responsibilities : - Develop goals and objectives for the business in line with company goals - Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals - Ensure that the business line has adequate and suitable resources to meet its targets (e.g. people, processes, technology tools etc.) - Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements - Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity - Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/lenders externally and internally - Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements Preferred Candidate Profile : Experience : - Overall - 5-10 yrs in Operations/Business Management Qualitative Experience : - Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments - Experience of handling tele-sales/inside sales teams Key Competencies/Skills/Experiences : - Excellent communication - written and verbal - Analytical approach to problem-solving - Strong people leadership - Additional Attributes(Preferences/Good to have) - Experience of working with technology as a key enabler - Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity - Experience of setting up a function/business from scratch
