Category Manager - eCommerce Startup

- Understand category operations in various markets and develop market specific policies.

- Tracking of category specific key metrics and drive outcomes.

- Responsible for category related marketing & merchandising activities.

- Work with both regional and central team.

- Cross-functional collaboration across design, product, engineering, marketing and business finance to lead category specific initiatives.

- Identification of various drivers of growth for the assigned category.

- Analyse data to propose policy/process changes specific to the category.

- Forecasting for Demand/Supply planning.

Profile

- 4+ years of relevant work experience in category management (Retail/E-commerce), business analysis or related fields.

- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality.

- Entrepreneurial Skills to expand and enhance the business.

- Hustle and get things done attitude

- Strong process development and project management skills

- Strong financial acumen and a high attention to detail.

- High degree of ownership and integrity
