The role is with an upcoming Well funded eCommerce giant
Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Alliances and Partnerships with the supplier base and onboard new supply partners on the platform
- Strategize selection of the products for catalogue expansion of partners based on market trends, budgets and planned growth
- Lead Visual merchandising and demand generation for categories handled to generate user traction
- Lead negotiations on pricing with the supplier base and own the P&L for the category
- Increase share of transactions from the existing supplier base on the platform
- Manage end-to-end onboarding to reconciliations funnel for each supplier
- Be a vocal voice of the customer and lead programs to improve user experience
- Lead programs on Price sharpness, assortment quality and inventory management
- Plan and execute topline driving retail events
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in buy and/or sell side business for an e-commerce marketplace
- Experience in scaling brands across multiple categories
- Strong data orientation and analytical skills
- Experience in digital marketing and visual merchandising
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Great problem solving skills and ability to thrive in a start-up environment
Renumeration:
Max 25 Lacs plus benefitsPeople who have managed atleast 2 categories will be preferred (Fashion and Essential Preferred)
Qualification -
MBA from Tier I / Tier II Management Colleges (Delhi / NCR based candidates preferred)Notice Period - immediate to max 1 month
