Job Description - The Category Manager is responsible for driving sales through premium category Vision Care product planning and execution of strategic product marketing plans.
Defining the product vision, and working closely with, KAM, Marketing and Professional Services to ensure sales objectives and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Description
- Lead the Consumer products team within the organisation and responsible for promotional activities and ATL and BTL marketing to increase reach of the brand with large format stores.
- Creates and implements innovative strategies that deliver genuine breakthroughs in Customer relationship and engagement resulting in tertiary sales in the category.
- Develops and leads sales and product presentations category wise X times a year to each account, conducts business reviews with all of them at least once a month using company provided reports and tools.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Bachelors degree + MBA in marketing /business management
- Digital marketing experience desired
- Extensive experience in consumer durables industry or product management experience for retail brands.
