Category Manager - Beauty Product - Online/Internet

Responsibilities:

1. Category Growth:Drive and implement strategies for the growth and expansion of the beauty product category. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for category development.

2. Business Development:Acquire new business accounts through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Lead marketing initiatives to promote the beauty category and attract new customers to the platform.

3. Relationship Management:Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential brand partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies.

4. Inventory/Stock Turn:Oversee inventory management, optimizing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess. Implement strategies to improve stock turnover and reduce holding costs.

5. Business Reporting:Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on category performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on key performance indicators.

6. Troubleshooting and Stakeholder Support:Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience on our platform.

7. Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
