JOB SUMMARY : - Category Manager will contribute to build the B2B e-commerce strategy and is responsible for its execution. - The Job holder will be the first point of call for the teams for all matters relating to the category, and drivers for business performance improvement in the category. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : The opportunity where you will make an impact : - Achieve business goals such as revenue, orders, margins, returns, etc. - Develop a strategic vision and goal for various team members to drive business growth and provide consistent results - Develop short, mid and long-term strategies for the product portfolio with special focus on deeper participation across the value chain - Report the growth data with various stakeholders on regular interval - Owning customer experience metrics and data quality and developing scalable processes to deliver customer-delight - Partnering closely with cross functional teams/ agencies such as marketing, procurement, fulfillment, customer support etc. to maintain all business KPIs REQUIREMENTS : - Over 4 years of experience in managing category in e-commerce business - Experience in team building/ team leading roles - Knowledge of mobile devices or electronics global market - Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities - Strong numerical and analytical aptitude - Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities - Have experience in cross border trades
