Experience: 7 to 13 years only
Relevant experience: 5 plus years in Category marketing, product marketing, P&L management
Job Description:
Lead Category Management with Customer, Consumers and internal stakeholders to deliver on business ambition of AGB with focus on 18"+ Segment
1. Combines data to derive distinctive perspectives and insights regarding consumer and define opportunities and market potential
2. Anchors cross-functional sessions to validate current product and identify ideas of growth
3. Develops and implements strategic plans for target customers.
4. Partner in the execution of fact-based Category plans by leveraging Category Management tactics (assortment optimization, promotional analysis, mix management, etc.), insights, the SAVE model, and customer operational knowledge.
5. Uses appropriate financial tools to evaluate impact of business initiatives on the mode's performance, e.g. budgets, ROI, profit-loss, etc.
6. Establishes a long-term marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and objectives
7. Objectively critiques the competition (strengths, weaknesses) and seeks opportunities for business development
8. Demonstrate a high level of data analysis, problem solving, and analytical skills in the development of actionable solutions.
