Job Role:

- Hunting new business, Successfully bringing in new customers, and ensuring smooth execution of orders

- Relentless research on product trends, advancements & competitive landscape to improve sales; with specialized knowledge of the APAC supply base and apparel supply chain.

- Understanding Brands and their DNA; working strategically across multiple brands and business units.

- Strong negotiation skills, understanding of cost & negotiations to improve outcomes for buyers.

- Highly competent in costings and the conversion of fabrications into a commercial product.

- Develop a strong trusting relationship with cross-functional teams internal and external to build true partnerships.

- Leading across all departments including Designing, Merchandising, QA, and QC.

- Regularly reviews plans and performance of suppliers and in-house team and revises according to risks or impacts.

- Plans work to deliver organizational excellence and results.
