Start-ups encounter problems - your job will be to solve them. We are looking for a high-ownership, problem-solving individual who will be directly responsible for working across different functions and solving the most important problems sustainably. You should also have

Responsibilities:

- Develop and run the business as an entrepreneur for one of our business categories

- Managing a program/ business vertical end to end and responsible for P&L

- Work closely with different verticals to ensure operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes

- Identify specific nuances in user needs and gaps to find growth opportunities

- Responsible for growing business metrics using all possible levers

- Work with multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, marketing to ensure program outcomes are met

- Be accountable for Customer success and ensure that Able Jobs is the go-to place for hiring entry-level talent

- Must have taught students or, friends in a professional or, personal capacity.

- Possess high empathy for students and the problems they face.
