Job Title : Director - Category Management (Category Head)

Categories: Women's Apparel

Location : Gurgaon, Haryana

Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of relevant experience in P&L Management

- Relevant Experience of managing women apparel Categories/Business & growth strategy

- Offline/Online retail experience in women apparel category preferred

Broad KRAs :-

- P&L management for business lines and assume responsibility for growth

- Create an assortment of products which is in line with the company's Sales & Margin Plan

- Planning the brand assortment, pricing strategies, inventory mgmt etc.

- Ensure business goals are aligned across functions.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score vis-vis Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.

- Identifying opportunities for growth

- Managing, training and supervising team members

- Responsible for the top line and bottom line for the business

Skills & Qualification:-

- Women Apparel category management

- Prior experience in profit & loss management, planning and category Management

- Comfort with numbers and rapid on-going analysis

- Understanding of the user over internet

- Hands on ability to execute independently
