Responsibilities :

1. Someone who has launched the brand under a private label.

2. Understanding the business, managing P&L

3. How much buying needs to be done.

4. Pricing of the product.

5. Working along with buying and Merchandising Folks.

6. Profit and Loss management and financials.

7. Defining the Range Architecture for season based on season trends, competition, price laddering , past performance and budget. Buying and Merchandising. Events and promotion planning along with Marketing and Ops team for both Offline and Online stores.

8. 360 degree product management and maximizing the full price sell thrus. Creation and execution of Fast Fashion capsule ranges throughout the season.

9. Defining Category roles and ensuring their deliverance.
