- Ownership of Revenue, Margin and Unit profitability targets
- Strategy creation and execution in line with the Annual Operating Plan
- Key Aspects: Negotiations, relationship management, monetization, marketing, pricing, selection
Selection Strategy:
- Strategic decisions on selection to deliver on the CraftsVilla proposition of fashion leadership and content leadership
- Business development and innovation around business models to continually improve selection profitably
Operational Excellence & Innovation:
- Involved in many a game-changing initiatives like automated pricing, personalization, Auto replenishment/product substitution, Vendor Partnership Program
- Lead a team tasked with delivering on day to day operations from vendor on-boarding to marketing initiatives ( Category Team)
