Category Head - Textiles- Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities :

- Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of the category

- Overseeing and leading team of sales and other support staff

- Driving category relationships with the large accounts

- Develop strong working relationships with buying, marketing and merchandising teams

- Gather market intelligence and insights to recommend development of new products

- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs

Qualification : Graduate from any discipline

Experience : 4 to 6 Years of prior experience as category head in Textile industry ( Apparel, Garment, Fabric, Yarn and Home textiles)

Skills :

- Strong problem solver with commitment to excellence

- The ability to analyze and accurate conclusions to support category decisions based on key data is essential

- Strong people management skills and the ability to manage and persuade at all levels of the company is essential

- Highly presentable, confident and strong communicator

- Must be highly motivated and mature in their business dealings

Working Condition : 6 Days a week( 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM ) Alternate Sat Off
