1. Experience of 5-10 years in leading grocery categories with P&L ownership level. Deep existing relationships with brands and manufacturers

2. Strong in analytics, data-driven experimentation, and problem-solving

3. Assertive with collaborative attitude & experience in managing a team of mid to senior-level people

4. Experience and knowledge of assortment in multiple geographies is an added advantage 5. Preferred

experience of working in high growth startups

6. Understanding consumer behavior and their needs

7. Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 1 Colleges Preferred
