- Responsible for the Complete Lifecycle of the given product category and P&L

- New Product Development

- Managing Sourcing Pattern as per changing market trend and consumer choice

- Identifying the target customers

- New Business Development Initiatives

- Responsible for the Market Share, Competition Analysis, BTL and ATL activities as per the given budget

- Reporting to V.P Marketing

Candidate Requirement :

- MBA Full Time ( From Tier 1/2 B Schools Only )

- From : C.D / Paint / Adhesive / Building Material Industry
