Our client is a leader among India's leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, with leading Household and Personal Care Products. They are one of the largest marketers of toilet soaps in the country and are also leaders in hair colours and household insecticides.

Job Description

As a part of the International Marketing team, the incumbent would

- Lead the design and guide crucial execution of the critical and complex projects in different businesses while cross pollinating category learnings.

- Work closely with International Corporate Center - EVP, International Marketing & Innovation, would work on key marketing projects identified across businesses as a part International Marketing team and international businesses functions (marketing, R&D, leadership)

- Work seamlessly with other key functions (i.e. India Marketing, R&D, Consumer Research, Supply chain, Exports teams) along with Business units, for international business unit needs, to provide on time and quality solutions.

- Work in flux with complex stakeholders, able to understand & translate the strategy into deliverables, high on leadership capabilities (leading projects & working across cultures / teams / leadership).

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of experience across Sales and Marketing

- MBA from a Premier B School strictly

- Only Candidates who have exposure to Personal Car Category should apply
