Category Head - OTT Platform - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Leadership opportunity at a leading fast-growth OTT platform with a diverse and well-crafted product portfolio. As a category head you will be working closely with the team having prior spearhead experience in unicorn startups.

Our client is a leading OTT platform for bringing audio content together across geographies of India. They are experiencing a massive growth in their user base/MAUs on a month-on-month basis.

Job Description:

- Onus of handling a large team size of 50 to 100

- Partnering closely with Content creators, product team, analytics team, marketing & growth teams, editors, and the core leadership group.

- Custodian of monthly spending and budget allocation across diverse sub-verticals.

- Managing the P&L of the category and deliver set targets.

SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

- Work Experience of 8 to 12 years

- Carrying Experience of working across cross functional team in sales & operations

- Must have Postgraduate degree from Tier 1 College (IIMS, XLRI, ISB preferred)

- Must have strong communication and analytical skills with a well-defined structural approach
