Job Profile
- P&L for all brands, while ensuring true brand experience is delivered online. Co-own OMNI experience delivery across all brands.
- Build strong relationships and alignment with Brand CEO's and business teams to deliver the brand's vision & targets.
- Garner consumer insights to present effective product pricing portfolio for a brand while ensuring Gross Margin & P&L delivery through high conversion driving campaigns & digital marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure delivery of each brand site end-to-end: Manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, consumer journey and promotional campaigns.
- On-time seasonal launch - right stories, merchandise & pricing.
- In-season management of brand site - story & campaign refresh, product & promo management; monitor P&L and KPI delivery on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Post season management - draw insights and learning's on how to improve conversion & P&L.
- Drive day to day operations to ensure right consumer experience - user experience of the website, last mile delivery, and customer support.
- Vendor and tech partner management to ensure future roadmap delivery

Experience: 10-15 years
