Background about the Role :

- The role involves a complete understanding of the Indian Life Insurance space, with good exposure to products and processes.

- As a Business Head the candidate will have a complete P&L responsibility to manage the sachet product category.

- Closely interacting with all the insurance companies and then managing the top line for the product through company's sales channels.

Following are some of the key pointers around which the responsibilities are going to revolve :

1. Formulate business strategy for the channel

2. Forge strategic partnerships with leading Life Insurance companies

3. Drive innovation through differentiated product constructs

4. Manage all regulatory & compliance interaction with IRDA / Insurance cos & internal teams

5. Responsible for the overall growth of the category & customer engagement.
