MBA from Tier 1 B School is necessary (IIM, ISB or XLRI from tier one schools with MBA.)
We are looking to hire a Head for its Category Management function in the Corporate Strategy Office. The Corporate Strategy office is a key function in the Strategic Marketing Organization
Location - Noida ONLY
Experience range - 7-10 years (MINIMUM 5 years post MBA experience)
Educations Background - ONLY Tier 1 B School. (ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED)
As head of the Category Management team, your responsibility will be:
- Differentiated Propositions: create new propositions based on market patterns and target the dynamic needs of the CIO.
- Market & Funnel conversion: work with the SBU to win accounts that are classified as key accounts for the company. This will be done by creating a differentiated positioning for Company during a deal situation.
- Visibility: Making the entire category visible to Analysts, Media, Sourcing Advisory and customers through thought leadership thereby positioning the business appropriately while creating salience.
- Strategy: Engaging with the SBU leadership in creating and executing on strategy to win more in the existing market as well as create new & uncontested marketplaces.
