Title: Category Head

This is holistic marketing role covering brand activation as well as new product innovation. He will:

- Own & Drive top line & bottom line

- For the category have an in-depth understanding of Architect/Consumer & the competitive context.

- Drive new products/communication to capitalize on opportunities

- Create content & communication to execute the positioning. This would include digital as well as traditional medium

Expected Skills & Experience:

- 7-10 years of experience. Early years of front-line sales experience and 5+ years of brand management experience.

- Experience in creating NPDs or Communication campaigns and delivering them through multifunctional teams.

- Consumer-centric with understanding of market research tools & techniques.

- Experience in creating activation platforms. Understands leveraging PR & earned media.

- A voracious appetite to learn best practices across industries

Qualification : Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing) from a reputed Business School
