Candidate will be responsible for the P &amp;L of two units. 2. He/She will need to utilize the existing team to ensure seamless activities are done in procurement, production, inventory management, operations, efficiency, factory maintenance, sales and accounts. 3. All other department heads will report to him/her. 4. To lead the Go-to-Market transformation projects with team. 5. Assessed the current GTM, identify initiatives and implement strategies to achieve top line results. 6. Develop a sales and distribution roadmap at national level by identifying distribution expansion network for BTL activities. 7. Set up lead indicator based business review processes from General Manager to Executive level, ensured adoption of review formats and conduct workshops on planning and review effectiveness 8. Drive Sales Digitization at national level ensuring maximum domestic business coverage 9. Should be able to manage extensive portfolio of multiple categories with maximum SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit). 10. Should be able to leading teams across direct distributors, super stockists &amp; sub stockists across the regions. 11. Developed sales plan, analysed competitor activities and market share data to plan inputs and support required with consumer marketing and trade marketing team to achieve sales objectives 12. Managed stock planning and sales forecasting for the south India region including old stock liquidation
