Category Head - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/FMS/JBIMS/MDI/NITIE/IIT

Objective :

- To be completely responsible for the growth and P&L of the category. Provide leadership for the category business to grow substantially in the next 2/3 years.

- The category will usually include a set of brands.

- Essentially creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of that category.

Position : Category Head

Will report to a President and will manage a team

Requirement : 2004 to 2006 from a Premier Institute with leadership abilities and ability to engage with multiple functions, leaders and peers.

Main responsibilities :

- Owning P&L responsibility for the category

- Handling Revenue, Market Share, Gross Margin and Trade investment goals within the category

- Formulating the marketing strategy for increasing the brand pull

- Being a part of cross functional and business activities

- Developing and launching new products in the category
