Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identify marketplace trends and opportunities. Collaborate w/retailer on Learning Agenda and lead account specific testing work.
- Develop category plans that meet retailer & company objectives while following the Insights 360 process (internal category management process).
- Develop programs to deliver category growth by working directly with the retailer.
- Present strategic insights to retail customers to support selling initiatives, and sell-in of major initiatives at multiple levels of the organization.
- Provide retailers with account specific opportunities & action plans that drive retailer
- Create customized retailer specific selling stories leveraging all available selling materials & enablers provided by HQ.
- Contribute to innovation sell-in by presenting consumer/category story and retailer sku optimization recommendations.
- Create shared scorecarding with the retailer to measure results.
- Analyze & present post-promotion analyses for retailer, quantifying impact to brand and category.
- Will manage 1-2 direct reports
- Drive brand and category growth by implementing best-in-class solutions.
- Collaborate with local POG resources on merchandising strategies
Has handled Marketing/Product Development and Branding function for FMCG products.
