Purpose of this position

As Responsible for growing the brand's presence in the specified category and for strategic partnerships with key brands and work closely with them to ensure volume growth

Key Skills required

1. Managing the sales life cycle, right from lead generation to Go-live to volume growth

2. Expertise in driving Institutional sales & strategic tie ups in the category

3. Ability to build on Market connects and bond strong relationships

4. Ability to get unique tie ups thereby creating competitive advantage

5. Subject Matter Expert in the category for the business

6. Ability to build and leverage external / internal executive relationships

7. Understanding of how to navigate and lead in a matrixed environment

8. Experience of structured planning and financial management

9. Ability to effectively manage problem resolution - balancing both strategic and immediate needs.

Experience:

1. 5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Partnerships, Alliances

2. Past experience in Ecommerce sales would be mandatory

3. Should be Data oriented and Analytical

4. Past work experience in a fast-growing startup/ Co-founded Start up would be an added benefit

5. Successful track record in building strategic relationships across multiple environments

6. End to end Ecommerce partner acquisition and management experience, preferably dealt with established ecommerce companies which a large consumer base
