- As a Business Head you will be closely working with Founders and managing a large vertical & team in the business operations or sales function with respect to particular vertical.
- Building 100X growth in next few years & building customer experience and improve NPS consistently for the business.
- Working with tech/product/marketing counterparts to scale business.
- Coaching regional heads, recruiting talent, and growing leaders for the future.
- Gather data on sales patterns, identify insights, and derive/modify regional sales strategies.
- Needs to be strategic and long term thinker, to plan the business trajectory.
- The role will require clear thinking, assessment and planning of channel efficiencies, tactical vs strategic and lay the right focus in moving the right channel strategy forward.
