- Managing a team of 6-8 individuals

- Lead Digital Marketing & Brands Engagement for Retailio

- On-board and manage wide range of brands on Retailio platform and for the distributor network

- Lead engagement with Clients from pitch to execution including pricing

- Finalizing Product designs basis Client brief and Internal Central Analytics and Business teams

- Drive commercial negotiations and contract closures with clients

- Create partnerships with Marketing companies, Media agencies, Modern trade to create a comprehensive solution for the client

- Drive end to end execution across all locations and work as Key Account Manager for Client

- Performance management and governance process of marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (partners and client)

- Create digital properties (ad, banner, Flash sales) that will help in monetization

- Design customized solutions and build capability with internal teams on deliverable
