Backed by top VCs and recognized by leading publications, we aim to connect procurement and production seamlessly.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to lead the expansion of our non-scrap & metallics categories, including ferroalloys and additives. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and lead teams, collaborate with business heads, and bring valuable experience in imports, particularly with Ferro Alloys & Additives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify subcategories & SKUs for strategic focus through research and planning.

- Initiate as an individual contributor and build a team to handle domestic, imports & private labeling aspects.

- Establish OEM partnerships globally and explore acquisition opportunities of brands & assets.

- Collaborate with regional P&L leaders for effective demand planning and pricing.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field. A Master's or MBA is a plus.

- 5+ years of work experience with a background in startups being advantageous.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
