About our Client - Our client is a fast growing e-commerce business with operations across the India. With the company growing at a rapid pace across the Asia Pacific, an exciting product portfolio that has been well received in the market and recent funding. Their business in India has grown significantly in the past few years with a strong working culture and a unique pipeline of products they are a highly rewarding business to work for. They are currently recruiting for a Category Finance Manager to head their pan India operations with in setting up processes and systems out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR

Job Description - Reporting to the VP Business Strategy and working closely with the business heads, you will ensure retail performance across India to the next level through operational leadership of key processes, tools and techniques. As a brief summary of your key responsibilities:

- Lead the retail finance team and work closely with senior management of retail function and operations to drive Retail strategy for the company

- Drive growth and sales forecast for retail business in line with company's growth plan

- Drive annual operating planning exercise and review performance analysis along with retail business dashboard with detailed variance analysis

- Actively supporting category heads and the head of retail in building the business across India

- Work closely with retail buying team and create a negotiation framework to improve Margins.

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA with at least 8 to 12 years experience and are currently working with a global FMCD/Retail/e-commerce business. It is essential that you have a proven ability to lead change and possess recent working experience in and a cultural understanding across India. You would be preferred if you have hands on knowledge of Oracle.
