- Set up the category by activating key corporates and its buy side supply chain.
- Drive end to end customer origination cycle by building a team of strong RMs and sales personnel.
- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for allotted product categories.
- Responsible for mid-level team hiring which will manage the distribution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors.
- Adjusting strategies and materials to improve sales with new target markets.
