KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Demand Management :&nbsp; - Provide best estimate of category demand (secondary sales) for stat reliable business - Generate analytical insights and Analyze factors that impact demand (i.e., category trends / trade promotions / seasonality / consumption / distribution channels) - Maintain a learning log of major events in the past. This is to capture historical events which can be used as a reference to plan future volume plans. - Conduct RCA (Root cause analysis) every month to understand forecast vs sales variations and taking bias corrections for ROY FC. - Strengthen the regional bottom up forecasting process by aligning with the regional Sales Head, RCMM and Regional CSL manager and sharing stat inputs on a quarterly basis. - Work with CMT/ Brand to ensure market intelligence inputs are built in the FC, specifically for non-stat reliable SKUs. - Derive of Primary Forecast at Warehouse/Channel/SKU level from S&amp;OP aligned Secondary forecast basis the agreed Distributor pipeline norms. - Monitor and improving weekly OTIF levels by analyzing demand deviations. Portfolio Management : - Publish bi-monthly freshness report to sales/ marketing &amp; Finance. Also - align with relevant SPOCs on liquidation of ageing SKUs, ensuring Ageing stock remains within 2% of the total stocks. - Liaise with Category and Finance teams&nbsp; - SKU rationalization and Portfolio Optimization to reduce business complexity. - Timely changeover of SKU MRPs for targeted topline delivery - Track Gate Approvals for New Product Introduction (NPIs) and build appropriate demand in the forecast from the launch month, in alignment with Brand and CMT. Core Commercial Cycle : - Support CCC process to ensure sustenance of Level 2 and target Level 3 - Monthly generation of 24 months rolling Forecast - Following the global templates for DRM &amp; S&amp;OP, while ensuring local complexities are built in the same. - Ensuring participation from all required stake holders for the key CCC meetings and decision alignment on FC every month at all India and Category level. Team Management : - Support cross functional teams in HO &amp; RSOs in the use of statistical techniques and MIS / Analytical tools Requirements : - MBA in Operations / Supply Planning with B-premier school - Minimum 2 years in demand or supply planning - Previous experience of managing stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Production - Experience conducting S&amp;OP meetings with Senior Management
