We are hiring for No.1 Fintech start-up in consumer lending space organisation based in Bangalore.

Position : Category Business Head

Location : JP Nagar ( Bangalore)

Working Days : 6 Days a week

Job Description :

- Closely monitor and drive multi-functional teams to deliver P&L with focus on daily/weekly/monthly time frame

- Review performance across P&L items with x-functional stakeholders

- Solve for pipeline and supply-demand mismatch across x-functional teams

Experience and Qualification :

- 3+ years of experience in category P&L management, preferably in non-impulse categories

- Managed a team of 5+

- Hands on P&L delivery for 1-2 categories by driving multi-functional teams across 3-4 key levers in a rapidly evolving environment

- Managed a small team across demand and fulfillment tracking

- Solved for pipeline and supply-demand mismatch

- Actively used real time analytics for reviews and performance standards improvement
