Working for an iconic 70 year old brand working with a mentor

- Exposure to ATL , BTL , Digital , Research , Media buying and Digital and manage the P&L for the category . Repotting to the Acting CMO

- The group comes with a legacy of 70 + years to be based in Pune . The company is in a related category to food and savories.

- They have 5 manufacturing units and a 1000 employees . Their turnover is around 1000 Crores.

- This is a new position being created by the mentor who is rated amongst one of the best marketing brains india has seen and will work with him directly . He is creating a central marketing team . Exposure to digital , ATL and BTL is essential.

- Experience in Digital / Media / Creative and Sales would be desirable .

The position will be responsible for :

- Driving execution of brand communications by managing creative development and implementation for key brands via proper briefing processes and coordination with creative agency for all ATL, BTL and digital content

- Driving media strategy and implementation

- Leads annual media planning & buying for key brands, as per brand plans

- Driving media efficiencies and effectiveness throughdeals, media-mix analysis, TG analysis, trends and pastlearning's.

- Monitor Post-Campaign evaluation metrics in a timely manner

- Driving strategic media approach for the firm as a company in terms of impact, big event strategic buying / partnerships

- Ensuring the ATL expenditure on brands as per budgets

- Maintaining good relationships with external agencies and ensuring that the staffing at the agencies is appropriate to serve the firms needs. Managing annual agency contracts, appraisals and timely variable pay disbursement (as applicable) to the external agencies

- Ensuring that estimation, billing with the agencies follow Authorization matrix and SOP

- Support CMO in any corporate communication activity like employer brand, corporate communications, workshops etc.

- The role would report into the mentor to begin with who is also the acting CMO
