Catalog Specialist - Internet/Online

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Manage SKU level information and multiple catalogs in global markets

- Support daily and weekly site releases with quality and efficient execution against tight deadlines

- Drive innovative approaches to the production functional areas that continuously improve our ability to deliver faster, better and cheaper solutions

- Collaborate closely with category management, merchandising, design, engineering and marketing teams - identifying requirements, ensuring clarity on prioritization, and create advance visibility into site roadmap

- Ensure integrity of catalog data and proper syndication to affiliates and global online store.

- Manage production measurement vehicles through reporting and metrics

- Fully engage international site, category and production managers to fulfill goals for target growth

- Foster close working relationship and create processes with third-party e-commerce vendors to ensure seamless execution to ensure timelines and business needs are met

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Experience with complex web content management systems required

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a strong partnering orientation

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, reprioritizing as necessary to align with business needs

- Experience and understanding of developing Web sites with some of the following technologies: HTML5, ASP.NET, XML, DHTML, scripting languages

- High comfort level with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

- Demonstrated understanding of e-commerce systems such as, Global Commerce, Hybris, Magento, etc

- Advanced level skill with Office Tools required (VS - TFS, Excel, Power Pivot, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)

- Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering

- Positive track record participating in successful projects with cross-functional teams and a proven ability to balance multiple daily tasks and long-term strategic projects

- Excellent written and verbal communications and communicating to stakeholders across multiple disciplines

- Creative thinking and ability to drive results in a cross team collaborative environment.

- BA/BS or equivalent degree/experience in STEM field

Salary range: 9 - 15 LPA
