Our Client is increasing its marketplace presence and therefore looking for an enthusiastic E-commerce/Marketplace Catalog Manager having worked with brands or an ecommerce aggregator focused on listing on marketplaces and maintaining the hygiene for the same. Key Responsibilities: - Must excel in Adobe creative suite softwares & Google spreadsheet - Accountable for the photo post-production team meeting or exceeding all required KPIs and targets - Managing and streamlining a large creative team while maintaining high-volume, high-quality output - Understands the existing process and make sure to have smooth process for daily output for catalog team &amp; editing team - Always willing to go the extra mile for our colleagues and our customers. We bring a solutions mindset to the table - Inspecting what we expect; Planning what we do, Doing what we plan - Provide Photographer clear vision to achieve desired output - Transparency; Accountable and humble, yet has the strength to communicate with their up-line with conviction - Support middle management team in training - Develop and refine processes and procedures for the department - Oversee quality control of all output of the photo production team - Oversee the sequence, priority, and assigning of tasks to ensure deadlines are met - Train individuals on standards and operating procedures Must Haves: - Bachelors or Masters degree in any disciple, preferably in 2D/Animation Institute and college. - Must have collaboratively worked with sourcing, category team to drive the business and daily requirements. - E-commerce BG in Image editing for minimum 4-5 years working for companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc - Understands the Operational flow how catalog operation works to understand his/her critical position in the process. - Willing to work on tight deadlines and targets with given TAT &amp; must be a team player - Accountability as an expectation and standard based on published goals and deadlines Nice to have: - E-commerce background or must have worked in any well reputed production house. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Photography background Key Competencies: - Organisational Collaboration. - Working well with others. - Proactive and highly motivated team player. - Ownership and Accountability - a go getter. - Drive for results - Execution excellence - Learning agility - Acting with honour and character - Strategic decision making
