Catallysts - Consultant/Senior Consultant - IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI/TISS/MDI/IIFT

Catallysts is looking for a change driver as a part of Business Transformation Enabling Team wherein the team' mission is to accelerate our business transformation journey through disruptive concepts and constructs.

The incumbent will be responsible for Market Intelligence that includes market landscaping, disruptive impact analysis, analyzing forces impacting business competitiveness and performance benchmarking of top industry majors along with a host of other consulting assignments.

Responsible for market assessment while analyzing market share sensitivity. Would also be responsible for competitive intelligence while analyzing competitor and offering benchmarking.

The change driver will be responsible for proposition development while identifying opportunity and business case preparation.

Location: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi/Gurgaon & Kolkata

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain reports with a focus on representation and interpretation of data for meaningful observation and insight.

- Support assessment of measurement and reporting for clients, including exploratory data analysis and testing recommendations.

- Support program management of analytics projects to ensure alignment and delivery of activities.

- Collaborate with Partner/Principal/ for the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

- Exceptional critical thinking, preferably in diverse fields of business

- Attention to detail and very strong abilities in data analysis and information display (graphing/charting)

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and top-tier communication and listening skills

- The incumbent is expected to have minimum 5 years of relevant work experience post MBA from a top tier institute for the role of Consultant and 10 years of relevant work experience post MBA for the role of Senior Consultant. Gold medalists and batch toppers are preferred.
