Job Description: The position will lead to supply chain finance product delivery and help in building the systems and processes for CII's supply chain finance portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the scale-up of a basket of products that is a key strategic priority for our debt business. Experience/ Qualifications: - A CA or MBA - Minimum 6-7 years of experience in receivables finance, purchase order finance, bill discounting, supply chain finance, trade finance (domestic/ cross-border). - Track record of executing end to end product strategy, process, technology and regulation around all types of supply chain finance products mentioned above. Detailed of Job Description: - Product Lead - Supply Chain Finance be responsible for leading scale-up of the supply chain/receivables finance basket of products offered by us and building out a distinct business line. - The position will be responsible for setting/fine-tuning product design, processes, and policy to enable scale up of the product. company's credit and risk management policies, procedures and processes to ensure appropriate management of the credit risks. - The position will require strong implementation mindset. - This is a new position created to serve as a single point of responsibility to enable us to scale up our supply chain finance product basket. Our pilot of these products has seen great demand from our customers and so, we want to strengthen the product offering and go for scale! - The position will require a thorough understanding of the product strategy, process, risks and regulation around multiple types of supply chain based finance products. - The position will also require a high degree of flexibility in order to bring innovations in the delivery of financing. The delivery of the product is expected to leverage a strong technology core.
