Job Purpose/Description The candidate will be working on various aspects of reporting, forecasting, and fundraise. The candidate will get hands-on experience on, asset & liability management, financial modeling, treasury investments, debt raise, competitor analysis, examining the growth opportunities as the business expands. Duties and Responsibilities - Asset Liability Management: regulatory return filing, public disclosure on the website, preparation of quarterly ALCO committee papers, any other ALM-related task. - Budget and Business Plan: Develop and update budget and business plan models on a quarterly basis. - Treasury Investments: research on potential investments, preparation of investment proposals for committee approval, coordination with various stakeholders for the execution of the transaction, post-transaction activities such as data migration into the system, monthly reporting & monitoring etc. - Fund Raise: Provide data to potential lenders for proposal evaluation, assist in answering queries from the potential lender, preparation of cash flow; IRR and committee approval of term sheets received, assist in completing condition precedent; documentation; drawdown; handover process to F&A team. - Reporting & Database: Update and maintain spreadsheets on ratio analysis on past data, lender database, Investor presentation/pitch decks, competitor analysis, any other related data requests from other teams - Assist in special projects on a mutually agreed basis. Qualifications Qualifications that are necessary for someone to be considered for the position. - Experience: 1-3 Years - Education: MBA in Finance/ CA / CPA - Specialized knowledge /Skills: MS office skills, Industry work experience - Abilities: working in teams, attention to detail, good communication, self-starter Travel requirements Occasional travel may be required to other cities within India.
