- Remittance Management as per Schedule | Management of Credit Limit as per Business Plan
Customer Management
- Partner Development & Operations as per Organizational Strategy - Execution of Plan
- NEW SIS & EBO Development, Network Expansion, Alternate Channel development as per Plan
- Maintenance of Consumer Experience at Points of Sale - Execution of VM & CX Plan
- EBO Management - Store Operations, Staff Training, Customer Experience, Store Hygiene, VM, Data Flow
Process Management
- Mid Month & End of Month Business Reviews with Partners & Team - Execution Closure of Meeting Actionable
- PSI Management, Business Analytics
- Visit of Key POS as per Visit Plan - Visit Report & Execution Closure of Actionable Optimization of Partner Schemes & Consumer Offers - Communications, Guideline Adherence, Staff
- Training, Sell through plan achievement, claim closures
People Management
- Training of EBO Staff as per Training Calendar Training of SIS Staff as per Training Calendar
- Development of Regional Team as per Strategic directions

Qualification & Experience:
- Must have 12 to 16 years of experience of working either in Fashion & Lifestyle or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Must be a Graduate or MBA
- Preferably from Watch Industry. Should have Hands-On experience of having worked in the North and East India General Trade Market with reputed Watch / Consumer / FMCG / Fashion / Lifestyle Brands
- Should have Proven Track Record of being a Self-Driven Professional
- Excellent People Management Skills, Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken, Excellent Presentation Skills
