Revenue Management:
1. Forecast, plan, set targets for channel-wise, brand-wise sales- Channel -wise sales performance, achievement against targets
2. Drive Revenue growth of the category for the organization-Brand-wise sales performance, achievement against targets
3. Devise appropriate Go-to-market strategies, monitor execution-Business performance reach of focus brands /SKUs as per strategy
P&L:
1. Create right pricing models for new launches; revisit for existing products as per requirements-Maximize profitability, achieve Gross Profit/operating profit targets
2. Model schemes and offers, in alignment with the event objective & KPI-Generate healthy bottomline from each channel
3. Prepare and review channel-wise P&L; plan course-corrections to meet profit targets- Achievement of event KPIs during consumer offers
Budget Management:
1. Prepare various budgets with accurate forecasting and clear logical reasoning-Provisions and timely utilization of allocated budget
2. Monitor timely execution and utilization, with complete controls-Minimal deviation from planned budget
3. Create proposals to arrange approvals from top management-Process and Audit adherence in claims
Market Monitoring:
1. Monitor execution of strategies across channels and marketplaces-Channel discipline and adherence
2. Track competition, market trends and business environment- Preparation of Competition reports and actionable
Leadership assignments:
1. Revisit, review, improve current processes-Achievement of project KPI
2. Lead assigned (cross-functional) projects-New initiatives with measurable results
3. Lead effective coordination, communication between teams
What are we looking for:
- The ideal candidate will have experience of various sales channels - GT, EBO, MRT, E-commerce

- The candidate should have handles P&L at branch-level, Zonal-level or national-level
- Experience of operating out of head-office and/or working with top management is desirable, not mandatory.

- 10 to 14 years of experience of working in sales/sales development/sales planning
