In-Store VM Management:

1. VM Display Guidelines to be curated and shared with Sales Team including ZSM | RSM | ASM - parameter - Story Telling | Point of Focus | Product specific display | eliminating empty spaces through creative props and talkers.

2. Regularly Check and Ensure display is as per display guideline and initiate corrective action - VM PPT review & Feedback

3. Regular (Monthly/Quarterly) VM Training to be imparted to Store sales team | ZSM | RSM|ASM

4. Increase Digital touchpoint for improved customer communication

POP Management:

1. PSI Management - POP stock to be updated |POP dispatch to be updated |GRN to be updated |Safety stock |Order sheet

2. POP Requisition basis on RSM/ASM request - TAT to dispatch from W/H - 2 working days| TAT for delivery - 4 -5 working days

3. POP asset database to be maintained

Store Experience Management:

1. Branding asset database

2. Ensure branding execution within 4 working days by branding execution team - through branding need identification through RSM/ASM/Store requisition

3. Size Adaptation and sharing of approved artwork/creative/logo with branding execution team.

4. EBO New store opening - Get all branding artwork/creative approved through branding team and ensure to implement as per the timeline mentioned in NSO sheet

MIS Management:

1. Proof of Execution Management - In-shop VM installation/change | Mall Branding| Arch Gate|POP utilization | Festive or any focused communication elements

2. VM PPT repository

3. Monthly PPT one to one discussion

4. Monthly store visit tracker - plan Vs. Actual (along with reports) - 1st week of every month

What are we looking for:

The ideal candidate:

- Should be from retail background preferably working with good Watch brands/international brands.

- Watch Retail Industry Candidate preferred

- Should have National Exposure and Team Management Experience

Qualification & Experience:

Must have:

- MBA with 8 to 10 years of experience

- Experience in Competition benchmarking & Consumer Experience Management

- Fashion Trends knowledge

- Inventory Planning & Management

- Understanding of consumer behavior
