Manager- Digital Marketing
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Online Brand Presence+ Social Media & Community Management:
- Website Traffic: Increase organic and paid website traffic by X% over the previous year.
- Social Media Engagement: Grow social media followers and increase engagement rates on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Online Reputation: Monitor and maintain a positive online brand reputation through reviews and ratings
- Social Media ROI: Calculate and report on the return on investment for social media advertising campaigns.
- Community Engagement: Foster an active and engaged online community by tracking metrics such as comments, shares, and user-generated content.
Performance Marketing:- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize the website and landing pages to improve conversion rates for key actions, such as purchases, downloads, or form submissions.
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA): Manage and reduce the cost per customer acquisition through paid advertising channels.
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Achieve a positive ROAS by optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Ad Click-Through Rate (CTR): Increase ad CTR through compelling ad copy and audience targeting.
Analytics and Reporting:- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze digital marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Performance Reports: Generate and present comprehensive monthly or quarterly performance reports to the leadership team, highlighting KPI achievements and proposed improvements.
Budget Management:- Budget Allocation: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to channels that demonstrate the highest ROI.
- Cost Control: Ensure that campaigns stay within budget and achieve cost efficiency.

Qualification & Experience:
- Must have 7 to 12 years of experience with a proven track record of working & leading a team in Digital marketing of a product-focus organization.
- Must be a Graduate or MBA.
- A team manager with exceptional team engaging skills.
