Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:

1. Drive Revenue growth of business

2. Forecast channel-wise, brand-wise sales

3. Devise appropriate Go-to-market strategies, monitor execution

1. Channel -wise sales performance

2. Brand-wise sales performance

3. Business performance reach of focus brands /SKUs

P&L:

1. Prepare and review channel-wise P&L

2. Create right pricing models for new launches

3. Model schemes and offers, in alignment with the event objective & KPI

1. Maximize profitability, achieve Gross Profit targets

2. Generate healthy bottom line from each channel

3. Achievement of event KPIs during consumer offers

Budget Management:

1. Prepare various budgets with accurate forecasting

2. Monitor timely execution and utilization, with tight controls

3. Create proposals to arrange approvals from top management

1. Provisions and timely utilization of allocated budget

2. Minimal deviation from planned budget

3. Process and Audit adherence in claims

Market Monitoring:

1. Monitor execution of strategies across channels and platforms

2. Track competition, market trends and business environment

1) Channel discipline and adherence

2) Preparation of Competition reports and actionable

Cross Functional Projects:

1. Revisit, review, improve current processes

2. Lead assigned (cross-functional) projects

1) Achievement of project KPI

2) New initiatives with measurable results

What are we looking for:

- The ideal candidate will have experience of various sales channels - GT, EBO, MRT, E-commerce

- Sales / Sales Development / Sales Planning Go-to-market strategy

- Budget Planning & Control Competition benchmarking Fashion Trends Knowledge

Qualification & Experience:

- Must have 8 to 12 years of experience of working in sales/sales development/sales planning

- Go-to market strategy

- P&L

- Product pricing

- Budget planning & control

- Fashion trends knowledge

- Candidate should preferable from Fashion & lifestyle, Consumer electronics

- Must be a B.tech or MBA (Top B school preferred)
