Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan and manage channel sales to achieve sale goal as per organisation' strategy: - Distributor Primary TGT:500 lac, Secondary sales Target:520 lac > Key Dealer TGT:200 lac
- Achieve Merchandise Sell Through Plan - PSI Plan vs Execution
- Achieve Strategic Product Penetration & Contribution - Gshock & Vintage POS Expansion & Contribution%.
- Explore and Extract minimum 10% revenue from B2B / Institutional business
Customer Management: - Partner Development & Operations as per Organisational Strategy - Execution of Plan
- NEW SIS, EBO Development, Network Expansion as per Plan
- Maintenance of Consumer Experience at Points of Sale - Execution of VM & CX Plan
- Distributor management - business health, compliance to CIC strategy, Appointment of New Partners
Channel Expansion: Guwahati- Appointment of new Partner (Distributor) if the existing Partner is not following compliances.
- Appointment of 20 nos of Quality Alternate Channel stores by H1-2024 end in Northeast -East region. Converting Existing MBO to Elite SIS/SIS - 4 nos
- Dealer Development-Upgrading Dealer by Category addition - GSHOCK-10 Dealers, Vintage-5 Dealers > Best SKU Strategy Implementation to be evaluated as per the Secondary sales.
AP, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Assam - Develop the Territory through Quality Alternate channel/MBO/EBO expansion
- Appointment of 15 nos of Quality Alternate Channel stores by H1-2024 end
- Converting Existing MBO to Elite SIS/SIS Stores - 4 nos
- EBO Expansion- Expansion of 1.nos Casio High Street/Mall EBO in Arunachal Pradesh & 1.nos of CASIO EBO in Manipur
- Dealer Development Upgrading Dealer by Category addition -GSHOCK-10 Dealers, Vintage-5 Dealers > Best SKU Strategy Implementation to be evaluated as per the Secondary sales.
Process Management:- Mid Month & End of Month Business Reviews with Partners & Team - Execution Closure of Meeting Actionable Visit of Key POS as per
Visit Plan - Visit Report & Execution Closure of Actionable
- Optimisation of Partner Schemes & Consumer Offers - Communications, Guideline Adherence, Staff
- Training, Sell through plan achievement, claim closures
People Management:- Training of EBO Staff as per Training Calendar
- Training of SIS Staff as per Training Calendar
- Development of Area Team as per Strategic directions

Qualification & Experience:
