Development of Training Content
- Creation & Updating of Training Content - Separate contents at Brand and Channel level
- Product | Service | VM : On New Releases
- Soft Skills | KPIs | Checklists : Need Based
- Focus on : Lucid| Engaging | Understanding Ease | Facilitates Self Learning
- Special training content for important sales period like EOSS
Train The Trainer
- Identifying & Training Potential Trainers within the Sales Team
- Increase bandwidth & reach of Training - Reduce Rollout Time
- Equipping Identified Trainers with relevant knowledge & skills to conduct Standardized Trainings
- Shadow Training Sessions with Buddy Trainers to sync Delivery with Expectations
Training Need Identification
- Identifying Knowledge Gap to Plan Remedial Training Session
- Post Training Evaluation of Effectiveness & Future Corrective measures
- Regular co-ordination with sales to understand market situation in order to initiate sales-improvement training plan
Execution of Monthly Training Calendar
- Facilitate Methodical Planning and Effective Execution of Training
- Clarity about Training Agenda | Trainer | Batches | OJT Training Sessions
- Ongoing Tracking of Training Program
Post Training Evaluation
- Recording & Reporting of Training Sessions
- MIS for Future References & Trainees' Performance Evaluation
- Post Training Effectiveness Mapping

- Competition benchmarking
- Retail experience
- Consumer experience management
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have 4 to 7 years of experience as a Sales trainer in a product focused organization preferably working with lifestyle-centric domestic/international brands.
- Must be minimum Graduate and MBA.
- Candidate should have proven track record in developing & delivering of impactful training content
